Nature & The Outdoors.

definitely don’t miss out:
… and then come back!
1. Watch the video
2. GO OUTSIDE
No such thing as bad weather – just the wrong clothes.
You heard how outside time – even just 5 minutes… can lift your mood.
Wrap up warm, take yourself outside – and blow away the cobwebs.
Even during lockdown… the outside is open for business!
(There are no official limits on travel to exercise… just saying)
3. BRING THE OUTSIDE… InSIDE
Twinkly lights and festive displays are lovely – but add your own touch with treasure you find outside.
And while we’re on the subject – who says fairy lights have to wait till Christmas?
Why not brighten the dark nights anyway with lovely lights – you can Christmas it up when you’re ready!
Lots of Northern Hemisphere countries bust out the bulbs as soon as the nights grow longer – if it’s good enough for other countries, it certainly is for us!
Why not go to town on it and get ahead?
Shells, leaves, twigs and fir cones make wonderful and a very seasonal touch to traditional decorations.
Single flowers in glasses dotted around the house can make the place feel alive, beautiful and are very soothing to look at.
4. WATCH THE OUTSIDE… FROM INSIDE
Many of us chose our homes for the view – location, location, location etc.
But once we’ve upacked – sometimes we forget to enjoy it.
People, birds, planes – hustle and bustle or tranquil calm – take some time to slow down and really appreciate what’s there, afresh.
What do you see – can you hear what’s going on.
Maybe you chose a cafe to enjoy a drink while the World goes by.
Did you try the Power Nap from yesterday yet?
The more you do it – the more it works.
Or listen to the Hygge Playlist – or make one of your own?
We’d love to hear how you got on; if you need to catch up – the links so far are at the top
Need to reduce stress?
Here’s a hypnotic relaxation from our massive Human Upgrade Vault
It’s designed to calm your stress and help you feel calm and energised.
Make sure you are not driving or in charge of other people or machinery (you know the kind of thing!) when you listen.
Headphones work best – and being undisturbed.
n.b. Tanya & Claire are both qualified, experienced hypnotherapists – and this is a perfectly safe relaxing recording that will make you feel wonderful.
Any questions – just shout
Enjoy – and come over to the group to let us know how you get on.
