Personally, I like Google Calendar linked to Alexa.
Lots of people like to put it on the wall
(especially if you have children – so they can see it visually and know what’s going on)
For you, structure and schedule may help get you feeling good.
You could print this out, or use an online planner – but setting reminders on Alexa ‘Alexa – set a Go For A Walk Reminder at 2 pm.’
or labelled alarms on your phone
(so you know what it’s actually reminding you)
will make it happen.
This is a big issue and I could spend weeks on alone.
For a quick and easy fix here is a recording that would be useful to listen to a few times a week and will help to bring those stress levels down.
