The Royal Bath Hotel, with views over the soft sandy beach out to sea is the oldest hotel in Bournemouth.
Opened on the day of the Coronation of Queen Victoria to celebrate, it is steeped in history and art deco glamour.
It was a favourite of Oscar Wilde who used the setting for inspiration (and socialising!)
All guests are seated at round tables of 10 with Afternoon Tea served at your table.
VIPs have an additional beautiful raised lounge area overlooking the hall.
This area is unsuitable for wheelchair users, please message on WhatsApp 07927303491 if this applies to you
so we can organise a suitable alternative.

FAQs
I want to go VIP but I can't stay for the dinner.
No problem - you'll still get all the benefits of the VIP area and entry, and we'll send you away with yummy food for the journey.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, absolutely - if you arrive together, you can choose where to sit together. Come and find us on the day as soon as you can if you struggle to find a space, and we'll do our best to make it work. It hasn't been an issue in the past, and we are always asked!
Can I book at table of 10 for just my homies?
If we still have seats - absolutely! (To avoid disappointment, book your table as early as you can). And if you do book a table of 10, we'll thank your table with a special treat.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else / change my ticket type?
Absolutely yes, send an email to tanya@wiseandgorgeous.com with TICKET TRANSFER in the subject line and we'll swap the names over at our end. Please do this before 14th Feb.
Is this for everyone?
Hecka yes. Everyone, all genders, abilities and needs are welcome. Even those from other planets, if they've landed by then. Whether it's access, allergies or you'd like to know more about the nuts and bolts of things. Please let us know if you anticipate that we can help you in specific ways.
Are there facilities for individuals with sensory needs?
To manage expectations, this will be an event with colour, music and purposely stimulating activities. However, we aim to create a ridiculously welcoming environment. If you need a quiet space or specific sensory accommodations, let us know when booking and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Can you cater to my dietary needs?
As the most common dietary request we are given is Vegetarian / Vegan, the food will not contain dairy or meat products - which works well with Afternoon Tea. Please provide details of allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary preferences during booking by 14th Feb.
I have additional needs not listed here – can you help?
We will do everything in our power to help! Whether it’s seating arrangements, accessibility needs, communication preferences, or anything else, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We will work with you to ensure we've understood what you've told us.
Please let us know in good time so we have time to get things right, by 14th Feb at the latest.

We strive to make the event enjoyable for everyone. If you or a guest would benefit from tailored support, please share your needs in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate them or offer advice about the suitability of the event.

Do I have to join in with everything?
We would love you to join in with all the interactive parts of the event, but there will be no pressure if you would rather not. Everything interactive is very gentle! You are welcome to simply sit back and enjoy the afternoon, and the cake - if you prefer.
We have people there whose job it is to make sure you're OK
and have everything you need for a great afternoon.
