2. Streamline your Social Media

Whatever you know you need to tackle first,  if you need help, give us a shout and we can help you out with the finer points of that.

Look out for the Day 1 thread to post how you have got on.


3. RECONNECT

Choose that one person.

Send a message, pick up the phone or send a card.

Don’t put it off – there’s a new challenge tomorrow!

If you keep up with all these challenges – things are going to look very different in 5 days.

 


4. Be the Architect of your time..

A good app to do this is:

Offtime

(but there are tons).

Search for app/time limiters for them in App/Play Stores
