When I say YOU, I mean not JUST you, but other people like you as well.
But mainly you.
I don’t know how many lists you are on (I am on WAY too many) but you have probably noticed, that most emails that arrive each day are REALLY VANILLA.
Little bit bland.
Good reason for that.
Say Argos, right?
My 11 year old goes there to buy toys, I’ve seen; teenagers, lots of families, elderly couples in there all buying stuff.
They sell so many things, that they don’t speak to specific people.
It’s for everyone.
So their emails and adverts are bright and simple –
we have a sale on – come in!
Perfect. All you need. Not wildly exciting, but just what they need to do.
If you got an email from Argos talking about International Trade Deficits, or women’s rights – Some customers would be wildly interested, but my Grandad looking for a new toaster, would not.
We don’t want to talk to millions of people. We actually want to be really uninteresting to the majority of people.
There are thousands of people on our daily email list, and more joining you every day and awful as it might sound – we like it when people unsubscribe.
Because then we know we are only talking directly, specifically, to people who are going to love what we send.
(And not annoying the t&ts off the people who wouldn’t)
So as you’ve made it this far, I want to be REALLY clear about what we stand for.
And what we have lined up for you.
And if that isn’t a good match with what you do…. probably easier to unsubscribe now.

3 Things Wise & Gorgeous Believe:
….That it is absolutely FINE to go into town
with the girls and have a few glasses of white,
Or share a cosy bottle in front of the box.
In fact we’d worry more if you NEVER did those things…
But we DO know ways you can do that, without it affecting your waistline or happiness.
….That women should look like women.
Not bodybuilders, or emaciated clothes horses.
And it feels like our duty to show just how inaccurate and damaging the images you see actually are.
But we do know how to make exercise something you will actually do and not dread.
How to make your arms look really lovely in Summer dresses, and get your good jeans done up without having to lay on the bed.
And make it such a quick and easy thing to do, that you will wonder why you didn’t start sooner.
…..That food is brilliant. Loads of it.
Big hearty plates of really tasty grub.
Not awful diet versions or little tiny portions of boring rabbit food.
That having a separate DIET version of your family meals – with you throwing dirty looks at your husband at the end of the table, all sad and jealous while the others tuck into something nice
IS ABSOLUTELY MENTAL.
What we KNOW is how to do that MAKE SURE you reach your body shape goals. To make you excited about simple cooking and eating.
Real information that shows you how simple that really is.
And cheeky hacks for getting your husband and children on board is the KEY to making this work for you forever.
(And how the food companies lie to you and have made that so hard so far. You’ll be shocked)
…That diets don’t make sense.
Going suddenly from doing what you do now, to starving yourself artificially smaller, just messes with how your body deals with food long term.
That’s why you ALWAYS end up bigger, a few months after you stop.
So you blame yourself and start again when the kids go back, or after Easter or next January.
In the meantime your head goes down, you start saying things like “well this is just me now – I will never lose this weight”

Our little sexy group of our most up-to-date food plan ‘guinea pigs’, will never diet again.
They never say “I’m not allowed chocolate or crisps”, “I’m not drinking at the office party because I’m watching my weight”.
I can’t wait to tell you how they got on.

Like anything important…you are not born knowing this stuff.
Science advances all the time and most companies give you information they KNOW is out of date.

We are all basically, a little bit mental.

And we only want 30 women to take part.
Step by step, day by day, together to completely transform their lives in six months. And be REALLY accountable.
We’ve got some fiendishly clever things lined up to do that.
It’s our big one.
But we need to be in tune with each other or it’s not going to work.

And that no-one likes burpees.
And going to a restaurant is one of life’s pleasures.
