Write down:

  • what you need to do
  • what bothers you
  • what keep you up at night
  • what you want to do
  • things that are unfinished
  • the stuff you are in a mood about
  • situations that cause you stress
  • things you want to change/improve

Everything that’s on your mind.

All of it.
