Day 5: Time
1. THIS TIME… JUST LISTEN TO THE AUDIO

Make time to listen all the way through. Nothing to do but think about the words. Jot down your thoughts.
2. Try a breathing exercise
4. DECIDE WHAT TO LET GO OF
Think through your week. What do you do that you don’t have to do? What can you do differently? Where can you get help? Ask yourself the important questions.
5. DECIDE WHAT TO ADD
When you reclaim this newly freed-up time for yourself, what will you do with it? Take the diary and make some appointments with yourself. Every week, take some time to chill, switch off, and reflect.
It’s important, write it in, stick to it. You are entitled to this.
6. DECIDE on your values and Expectations
Again out of your head and onto paper is the best way to gain clarity. What you learn when you see it in front of you is amazing. What kind of person do you want to be? What will you tolerate? What won’t you? Did you ever lose touch along the way with who you were supposed to be?
Take some time to re-remember. With all you’ve learned, are there things you want to do differently?
Do you expect an unreasonable amount of yourself? Of other people?
