Burpees are a challenging exercise that will build your fitness and strength like nothing else.
They tone your core, arms, legs – pretty much every muscle group is used.
But don’t be scared… there are options so that we can all do them… and as you go through the month, you’ll find yourself achieving more than you could possibly have imagined.
