When you reclaim this newly freed-up time for yourself
what will you do with it?
Take the diary and make some appointments with yourself.
Every week. Some time to chill, switch off, and reflect.
It’s important – write it in – plan it – stick to it.

6. DECIDE on your values and Expectations
Again, the best way to gain clarity is to get thoughts out of your head and onto paper.
When you see it in front of you, what you learn can be quite remarkable.
What kind of person do you want to be?
What will you tolerate?
What won’t you?
Did you lose touch with who you were supposed to be along the way? If so, take some time to reflect on that.
With all you’ve learned, are there things you want to do differently?
Do you expect an unreasonable amount of yourself or other people?
