Bits & pieces
So here are some little bits and pieces that will help you during the course of The Project…
We refer to these as we go through… They are all inexpensive and in some cases an alternative is perfectly fine … for example, the small (A5) white board can be a note book and the tie on bracelet can be a piece of string/thread
OK Nearly There
Some Final Thoughts…
So hopefully – you’ve sorted out the tech and asked any questions you need to.
You’ve downloaded the practice files and streamed recordings?
But here is the thing.
The main thing.
The only non-negotiable, no excuses thing.
You have work to do on The Project every day for the duration
It doesn’t matter if you go on holiday.
Or there’s parents’ evening.
Or you are ill (within reason)
The only way you can ‘fail’ at this, is if you
DO NOT DO THE WORK.
It’s not for us – it’s for you.
The Project works – and quite spectacularly for people that don’t allow themselves to fall behind.
What we give you is the minimum you need to do each day.
If you have a run scheduled for that module…. that means AT LEAST one run.
If you are fit already, then start at a higher level than we are asking – it will get challenging
for everyone soon enough.
If you get to the end of the course, and didn’t make the changes you told us you wanted to…
and we will have reminded you, and given you accountability quizes
(and watched what you view and open)
but this is an online course.
Much as we would like to pop round, throw you out of bed and do the workouts and exercises
with you sadly – that’s not practical.
You are doing this course
At the end of each module there is a round up quiz, this details what you
have done in that module – these are designed as reflection tools for you –
as to what progress you are making – so that you can see where the gaps were, things you managed to do well and the challenges
