This is an exercise in living your values we encourage everyone to try at least once a year.

You may have done this before and it can serve as a reminder.
Or to notice that things might have changed.
We want you to get crystal clear on;
- What you stand for?
- What you WON’T stand for?
- What kind of person you want to be known as?
- What attributes run through the core of you?
- What sets you on fire?
- What you want your legacy to be?
Who you are, when work, family, responsibility, and other people are taken out of the equation.
The essence of you.
Of course, our values organically change over time.
Or something happens to make us reassess things.
This month we’re going ask you to do a mental and emotional check-in – and explore where you are with it all.
So you can become more steadfast and sure of what it means to be you.
Once you do this work – decisions become easy.
Does that fit with my values… or not?
Will I accept this treatment… or not?
Is it right for me… or not?
It’s tiring to expend mental energy debating important questions like this.
Especially if you’re not moving forward with a decision – it can keep you stuck and feeling exhausted.
Having a personal rule book – buys back that energy, and propels you forward to greatness!
So let’s start with a big question:
There are no wrong answers – only yours.
You might have done this exercise before – and you can check whether anything has changed.
Maybe it consolidates things – and makes you even more sure.
Question 1:
If money was no object and there were none of your current limitations:
what would you do with your life?
