“Sounds like
a Silly Question, but…”
That is the start to so many sentences we read a lot, in our W&G FB group and in emails.
Why are we scared of not knowing things?
I mean we are born we go to school, we learn things.
Life teaches us stuff (generally the hard way)
F^*K ups followed by understanding, usually new respect or empathy for people who have been through the same.
People you think of as ‘Wise’, are generally the ones who have run against a brick wall enough times that they have finally given in and understood.
So we can do like they do.
And learn.
Or learn from them – and other people who have walked the walk.
The fitness industry is awash with twenty and thirty somethings with advice and ‘plans’, and the next BIG THING.
And some of them are glorious. Energy and enthusiasm…and little teeny bra tops and perky boobs and bums – or great big GRRRR muscles – all scary and oily.
And if you are a twenty something with all the relevant bits pointing North – they can be just the ticket.
But when it comes to answering your questions. Questions you think are silly…but we know are anything but.
Questions that are keeping you up at night or tripping you up in the day.
The stumbling blocks that women juggling a household a job, and the full time job that is being a mum are stumped by….
Well the perky oiled ones… It might not always be their forte. (tho they are God dang purdy to look at)
With 5 children (including 2 grown up ones) Twenty plus years apiece in the Mental Health Professiont and coaching, getting 1000s of women fit and getting them happy and into shape.
We promise you. There won’t be a silly question (you can be sure that 100 people have asked it before you) And it wasn’t silly any of those times. There won’t be one we haven’t come across.
Keep on running at the same wall until you notice the door.
Or let us take you to it, and help you open it. And show you what’s on the other side.
That’s the difference with Wise & Gorgeous: The Project.
It’s real.
Real help.
Real support.
Real advice from people who have run at the wall enough times to know where all the doors are.
And we hope you’ve seen enough of what we do to know…
we wouldn’t promise that lightly.
Or not deliver.
This. Is. What. It. Does.
(from really weird corners of the globe too)
We’re big in The Yemen.
Who knew?
Doors are officially closing for a little while on March 18th – and then we will be opening them just twice a year, now we realise how popular this way of learning is with people. It’s a better system, that means we can focus on you even more closely.
If you are thinking about it, don’t leave it too long – you can sign up any day between now and then, and then doors really do close.
