Have you kept up?
If you ever do The Project, or speak to someone that has,
you will know, that keeping up it the key.
We are leaving the first week’s resources up until Sunday and after that they are gone.
So if you didn’t do the first workout or hypnosis you can go back through your emails and do them till them.
This is only the straightforward stuff.
But enough to know whether you are in the right place to do it.
See – you will be beating yourself up all day
if you don’t even manage 4 minutes.

However – you signed up for this – so I think you are bloody well going to see this through.

We started with a 5 minute workout – and you relaxed yesterday.
So a 4 minute one should be a piece of cake right?
No overwhelm. Nothing you can’t achieve.

Bet you can’t make a cup of tea that fast.
Because tomorrow’s is very cool.
