Top tips:
Try to make sure you position your camera so we can see as much of you as possible.
A laptop screen is much better for you as you will be able to see us clearly, but if a phone is all that’s available, that will work too.
Take things GENTLY to start with as you get used to things.
Ask us if you need help.
If you are muted (which we need you to be once we start) wave at the screen then we know you need us.
Unmute and ask – never be shy.
Once you’re muted feel free to play your own music for Bootcamp – the other classes have their own so you won’t need to.
We will invite you to join our Whatsapp group if you want to.
Ask questions whenever you have them in between classes and we’ll do our best to answer asap.
