this is a big step.
This is where you start going towards where you want to go
it shows commitment to getting yourself launched in the direction you want;
healthy mind, body and food cupboard!!
with the best chance of achieving results;we have worked to put together a comprehensive programme
that will be delivered straight to you,and the option to give and receive support with others who are embarking
on the same mission.
You can of course address individual concerns with us via email
and contact forms throughout.
You may find the answer you are looking for in the forum
which we’d love you to contribute to.
You will receive daily emails with links to the new material
for this module’s tasks.
Planning is a major aspect of what we will ask you to do
and you will be asked to complete plans for food and tasks on a weekly basis.
Every two weeks, we will send you a ’round up form’ to complete
to allow you to reflect on the plans you made and a chance for us
to keep up to date with where you are at.
It is VITAL to get into the habit of doing both of these
from the first day.
Every module has tasks around all the elements in The Project
Food – Exercise – Mindfulness and Wellbeing/Self-Development
and having made the course commitment
it is important that you set aside time EVERY DAY to keep on top of things.
Previous clients have been able to adapt the physical side of things
to fit in with, injury, disability and worldwide travel and heavy commitments;
Your success is dependent on your commitment and continued effort.
Our responsibility is
- to send you all the things you need to succeed
- to be available to answer any queries and support you as you go along
- and to hold you accountable
BUT this is your journey and will require continued effort.
6 Months seems a LONG time,
but the pace is continuous
and the changes need to be long-lasting.
Those that have embarked on this journey so far have found
that sometimes they have allowed life to get in the way;
sometimes they found that they didn’t achieve what they had planned to –
– sometimes they felt overwhelmed.
They have also reported;
sleeping better, having brighter eyes, having transformed the way they eat
and respond to food,
how they have tried new things
and also found that the things that they thought were outside of heir comfort zone
were actually something they have embraced.
They broke habits they never could before and found they loved their new,
healthier, calmer, more confident life –
and that they knew the changes are permanent.
But old habits die hard
and it is only with persistence that lingers longer than the initial excitement,
that you can begin to build different foundations.
and to be curious about the way that they operate.
Good nutrition, exercise, healthy mind and general well-being
is not about ‘secret formulas’ and ‘magic solutions’ –
there are no exotic newly discovered mountain berries
that are going to answer the call.
The key to making the common sense stuff working is;
having the right tools to set about creating sustainable change
in all the areas that make us as individuals;
to be supported while you do this;
and develop skills and knowledge that you take with you and build on.
The Project is set over 24 weeks –
three main chunks; each one is also supported by one or more workbooks
containing addition notes,
information and recording sheets to complete for that months topics.
The first one of these will be with you a few days before The Project start date.

EmailsEvery week, you will receive an BIG email like this one, with a list of
your Project tasks for the week.
We’ve got lots to do – so this week we will do it step-by-step.
(There will be other shorter ones during the week)
- You need to find a quiet time to work through the email
- and PLAN your week with the help of your workbook.
Workbook
We will start on that next…
It will be VITAL that you record everything in your workbook
whether you have and haven’t completed things
and that you are ruthlessly honest about this.
We are going to guide you through all of this.
If you find you are missing tasks –
your workbook will remind you what they are
and to make plans to catch up, or avoid this happening in the future.
(There is also a weekly private page in the site where all your videos
and other resources are – so you can’t get lost which we’ll visit in a sec)
Your workbook is for YOU – we won’t ask to see this.
But you absolutely have the opportunity of photographing things
you are particularly proud of and uploading them!
But it will be SO VALUABLE as you progress through The Project

when we realised how much it was being used.
So its a lovely clean slate – please come and get it all
lived-in

- Making sure you know what you are doing
- That you have everything you should have
- Having time to get answers to any questions you might have
- Meet the others
And setting up the nuts and bolts that are going to take
you forward through the project.
