Truly am sorry about the headache. It IS a hangover (Without the debauched night out) But it WILL go. Promise. And you will feel SO much better and not need it any more. Our Detox Day is Sunday but it is worth starting to think about what will happen next. So the key to your continued success and to keep the momentum going Is Planning It really makes everything so much easier and puts you in control. You spent the first week uploading your brilliant food photos, Can’t wait to see them on Sunday. and I would love it if THIS week you can upload your meal plans. We all the know that the times we are most likely to be caught out when we say STUFF IT, there’s nothing in, I’m off to the chippy Or the work canteen has a choice between rubbish and worse rubbish. It takes just a little bit of effort (which can be quite fun) To know what you are going to have to be able to shop cleverly and make the most of the bargains. And to eat lovely tasty food, that you look forward to. Honestly, picking up something in an emergency from Co-op – does cost more. So when you have a quiet ten minutes see what you have in the freezer fridge, cupboards (chuck anything away that you know you don’t want to have) And make a list. Think about what you LIKE! Make sure every day is full of things you like. (what would be the point otherwise) Print it out. Fill it in. Take a photo …Then upload it on Sunday Simple as that!
