Hi Chris,
Hopefully, this will all make sense…
Our health and wellness programme is within a framework that guides people step-by-step.
It introduces concepts and simple systems to live a healthier, happier life.
It is designed to be fun, not overwhelming – and to give feelings of success from the outset.
We know people are busy.
We aim to give quick wins as well as longer-term progress.
There is, in effect no ‘fail’ – just steps in a positive direction.
We look at deeper issues, simpler practical tasks and interesting, useful info – that appeal to different people at different times and life stages.
It works typically in a self-paced way – working through initial onboarding videos to suit users schedules; whereby each unit is released on completion.
Then we show people how to ‘Audit’ their Body, Mind and Time each month – the data from each will show them which resources they might like to focus on next.
We also invite people each week, to measure their lives in a very simple way in 9 areas – again giving data to help them unpick how they are feeling, and which areas to give some TLC to.
We call these areas Elements and also deliver a live webinar on each of them in turn, each month, with supporting daily resources.
There can be other ways of delivering the programme, such as daily/weekly emails.
Most videos are in short (sub 10 min) chunks, although some of the optional courses – (should users decide to take them), are longer sessions.
There are literally hundreds… but set out in a way that makes it logical to choose.
They can be configured in various ways – but the system we have created is designed to give choice without overwhelm.
People have been with us in this current configuration for 18 months, and use the system in their everyday lives – but nowhere near finished all the resources.
(Nor will they – we add to them every month!)
Testimonials
Within the main programme is a 12-Week fitness course of videos, which people work through and build in duration and intensity each week.
They are achievable by most people and we can suggest alternatives for people with additional needs.
Sessions cover HIIT, LBT, Tabata, Dance, Yoga, Walking/Running
(a little like the couch to 5k programme) , Mobility and Stretching.
Once completed, there are other longer workouts, yoga sessions, dance fitness, and guided runs that people might enjoy.
We also have a live Bootcamp running 3 mornings a week 6:30-7:15 am, but I’m thinking the numbers you might have interested, could be potentially too big to give people great service (i.e. we’d want them all on-screen at once… and it is a big screen!)
If live sessions are something you’d particularly want – I am sure we can fathom out a way… people do love that accountability aspect (and we do have a lot of fun).
The fitness works really well alongside food programme ‘University of Food’ – and the weight loss/motivation/willpower hypnosis courses.
University of food is a nutrition course that arms people with scientifically evidenced information and teaches eating skills based on individual needs and aims.
It also has hundreds of cookalong videos, recipe cards and cookbooks and nifty calculation tools.
A large chunk of what’s included in what could be loosely called Mindset, incorporating Mindfulness and Hypnosis (for various wellness topics) and Relaxation.
In fact, we find that helping people with their Time Management, Confidence, Sleep and how they are feeling
are as vital as the food and fitness resources to achieve a really healthy outcome.
We are professionally qualified and insured for everything that we teach/deliver and members of the relevant professional bodies.
Here’s the link to the Human Upgrade programme, which sets out more of what is (or can be) included.

Below is a tiny sample of some of the videos in the courses (including some slightly less slick live webinar excerpts.
It’s been really difficult choosing; out of context, they will make less sense.
Hopefully it’s not too random a selection to give you an idea!
Some of our Hypnosis audios below.
There are others covering a wide range of topics – we can be really responsive to what people are asking – and update accordingly.
Much of the content has been user-inspired.
The ones below are hypno-relaxations; other than not listening to them whilst driving (or any relaxation for that matter) they are perfectly safe for all people.
There is no ‘deep trance’ aspect so it differs from hypnotherapy and are used as a wellness tool.
The Mindfulness and Relaxation work in a similar way, with supporting videos with the Mindfulness Course.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can show you, I appreciate I’ve got carried away because I get excited.
Best Wishes
Tanya Grant and Amy Linford
