They have a flashing Kylie, that plays ‘I Should be So lucky’.
and Father Christmas in a KITT from Knight Rider car.
Who knew?
So, as things are only going to get madder…
We thought we would start as we mean to go on.
24 Days where we could lose our marbles,
put on 10lbs,
Argue with the Mother in Law
Feel guilty that the children have played on their
DS for 4 hours straight
and forget to defrost the Turkey.
Or we could take 12 minutes a day.
You and us.
To avoid all that grief.
12 minutes a day.
And change everything.
That’s it.
Bet you wasted 12 minutes today somewhere…

have fun (we’ll give you things to do)
To make HAPPY a normal way
for you to feel.
5) Practice Mindfulness & Meditation
for a few minutes every day
to keep my mind in tip top shape
keeping me calmer, in control
and playing my A-Game
Whatever Xmas throws at me.
Because it always throws us something
