Action:
1.Review your last few weekly Element scores.
The ones that are the highest – are likely to be the the values that you are currently most living in alignment with.
The ones you consistently score least well on – probably contain the values that are your most challenging.
Can you use the information within a recent weekly element score to bring your thinking closer to what Values are currently are,
(and as importantly, are not),
part your your daily life.
2. Write down what you notice about this.
- Is there a pattern?
- Does something leap out at you, that you didn’t expect?
- Are things as you suspected?
Keep notes of your answers as we dive deeper, so you can be sure that you are moving towards a really solid set of personal values, that feels really right for you
